These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of podcast.row0.ai(the "Site") and the podcast Daily Prompt with Archer & Iris(the "Show"), operated by Row0 Inc("we," "us," or "our"), a company headquartered in Markham, Ontario, Canada. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site is a free, informational website that lists episodes of the Show, provides show notes, and lets you stream audio and video. The Show is also distributed through third-party platforms including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. We may add, change, or discontinue any part of the Site or the Show at any time.

2. Nature of the content

The Show is an AI-hosted news and commentary program produced for general information and entertainment. Episodes are generated with the assistance of automated and AI systems and may contain errors, omissions, or opinions. Nothing in the Show or on the Site is professional, financial, legal, or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

3. Intellectual property

The Show, its episodes, artwork, characters (including "Archer" and "Iris"), branding, and the Site's design and content are owned by Row0 Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may listen to and share links to the Show for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically download content from the Site except through the podcast RSS feed as intended;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Site's operation; or
• Use the Site or Show in any unlawful manner or to infringe others' rights.

5. Third-party platforms and links

The Site links to third-party platforms and websites, including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies — including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party platforms, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited information we handle and how we use YouTube API Services to publish our own content.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and the Show are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Row0 Inc and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or the Show. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
