This Privacy Policy explains how Row0 Inc("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Daily Prompt with Archer & Iris(the "Show"), our podcast website at podcast.row0.ai(the "Site"), and the systems we use to publish the Show to third-party platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube. Summary

• The Site is a simple informational website. It has no user accounts, no login, and does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
• Our publishing pipeline uses YouTube API Services solely to upload our own episodes to our own YouTube channel. We do not access, collect, or store the YouTube data of any other user.

1. Information we collect

No accounts, no cookies, no analytics. You can browse the Site, read show notes, and stream episodes without creating an account or providing any personal information. The Site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for security, diagnostics, and to keep the Site running. This data is not used to identify you and is not combined with any other information about you.

Audio and video streaming. Episodes on the Site are served as media files from our content host. When you play an episode, your browser requests the media file the same way it requests any web page; no additional personal information is collected by us in the process.

2. YouTube API Services

We publish the Show to our YouTube channel using an automated pipeline that relies on YouTube API Services. This section describes that use, as required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

• What it does. Our pipeline uploads video versions of our own episodes and short clips to our own YouTube channel (@Row0Media) on our behalf, using the youtube.upload permission.
• Whose data is involved. The only account authorized is our own channel owner. We do not request access to, collect, store, or process the YouTube account data of viewers or any other users. We do not read viewer analytics, comments, or profile information through the API.
• Credentials. The authorization tokens that let our pipeline upload to our channel are stored securely and used only to publish our own content. They are never shared with third parties.
• Google's terms and privacy policy apply. Your use of YouTube and any YouTube-hosted content is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
• Revoking access.The channel owner can review and revoke our pipeline's access to the Google account at any time via the Google security settings page: myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Third-party platforms

The Show is distributed through third-party platforms including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, and the Site links to them. When you follow one of those links or listen/watch on those platforms, your activity is governed by that platform's own privacy policy and terms, not this one. We do not control and are not responsible for those platforms' data practices. We encourage you to review:

4. How we use information

We use the limited technical data described above only to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and the Show, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use it to build advertising or marketing profiles.

5. When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share the limited technical data described above only with the service providers that host and deliver the Site and its media (for example, our website host and content delivery provider), acting on our instructions, and where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data retention

We keep server-log data only as long as needed for security and operational purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Because we do not collect YouTube user data through the API, we hold no such data to retain or delete; the channel owner can end our access to the authorizing Google account at any time as described in Section 2.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle, including secure storage of the credentials used by our publishing pipeline. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or Canada), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Because the Site collects so little, in most cases we will have no personal information tied to you. To make a request, email contact@row0.ai and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted here.
